Having issues

The last couple of days I have been trying to comment on some of the blogs I follow.

It keeps telling me that I am not logged in and I am logged in. So it will not accept my comments.

I have tried their help which is AI now and all the suggestions there have not worked. I do not know what to do from here.

If any of you have suggestions please share.

    Others are complaining too but I have not had any trouble yet

      I hope you don’t have any Ian….it is all messed up WP needs to get it fixed. It is frustrating.

    Wow, I’m not the only one with this ridiculous issue! AI is a joke and I don’t trust it or like it. I hope that WE can find a solution to this because obviously WP does not care. AI is just WP cutting corners and in the process, screwing we users over.

      I get an email then go to the reader. The ones that are giving me an issue says { Go to the original post) when I click on that there is a box to put my info in. I put it in and comment, when I click send. I get a message that I must be online to comment. I AM online but it says I am not.

        Sorry about this, your blog does the same thing on my visits. I always go to the site proper, never that reader thing.

        I can’t comment in the reader or your site. Your site is where I fill in the info and it tells me I am not online. But I am.

        I wonder if a Cookie dump would help? There may be some old cookies in the browser that are in conflict.

        I have done that many times. I think WP is going to have to fix it and I hope they do it soon.

    Mags, do you read posts from emails or on reader? I usually open posts from emails but I find when I get that glitch where I can’t comment I go to the post on Reader and then I am able to comment. They usually get it straightened out. Hope that helps :)

        Oh how frustrating. I am hopeless with fixing anything to do with a computer. Anymore you need a ten year old to help figure these things out.

      You are right about AI. I don’t like it at all. I am still digging and trying to find out something that will fix it. I don’t give up easily. Love you MORE!!!!!
