In my opinion there is no better place to find peace and beauty than out among the trees and all of nature.
It does not cost anything and is available to us at all times.
Be kind to yourself and as often as you can go out and enjoy the beauty of nature.
This morning I found a note on my front door that I was not expecting. A kind man that I do not see often had left the note. It read “I love the changes in the front yard”. Those few little words meant a lot to me.
I do what I am able to do in the yard and have a nice young man that comes to help with what I can’t do. My precious son-in-law also comes some times to help. We are working on getting the yard fixed up after damage caused from ice, wind, flooding and lack of proper care.
Having someone notice what has been done so far and taking the time to let me know what they think was a nice surprise. What a kind thing for this man to do. His note let me know our work is appreciated.
It is a very small note with few words, but those words sure mean a lot to me. Another of those little things that makes life better.
I hope you see many little things that matter in your lifetime.
