The butterflies and bees are loving and enjoying the viburnum shrub now that it is in full bloom.

The wind has blown off some of the flowers but I think it is still pretty.

This swallow tail butterfly or one like it has been on the shrub every day for the last four days.
I have seen some bees on it too but was not able to get a photo of them.
Hope you all are having an amazing day.
Hugs and blessings.

You are so kind Alex. Thank you! Friday is wonderful. We are getting some much needed rain to help a bit with the draught we are in.

You’re so welcome, Mags! I’m so happy to hear that your Friday has been wonderful, and that rainfall will help to hydrate the scenery in the midst of the draught at your end, and hope your weekend ahead is also wonderful too! 😊✨📸

I miss the range of butterflies I grew up with. They fled as our rural and seaside areas were slowly built into cities.

That is so sad, I don’t see as many as in times past here either.

Great pictures, Mags. I like your name! How do you get in touch with the Engineer from WP? I believe my blog has a similar problem.

Thank you so much. I clicked on the question mark at the top right of the page. That is for help. AI put me in touch with the Engineer when AI couldn’t solve the issue. I hope you get your blog like it should be. I am sorry you are having issues.

LOL you made me burst out laughing John. I think not unless shrubs produce butter. You have a great weekend also John.

Butterflies are hard to capture. They are constantly moving! You did good! ♥

Yes, they are and that one stayed on the move.

Beautiful butterfly, Mags. I had a honeybee in my kitchen this morning! I tried to catch him in a jar so I could put him outside but he got scared and started buzzing all through the house. I was afraid Miss Emma would start snapping at him. I have tried to break her of that scary habit of snapping at bees, but she doesn’t learn! The honey bee finally landed on my screen door and I was able to coax him outside to safety. I love honeybees and see so few of them anymore. But I’d prefer not to see them in my house :)

Thank you, Jean. It is good you were able to let the bee back outside. I am glad Miss Emma did not snap at it or either of you get stung. I would not prefer them in my house either.

Swallowtails are beautiful butterflies. Ours are more yellow and white and black, but these blue ones are lovely too.

Yes, they are. I have only seen the blue ones at my place.
