After prayers and suggestions from some of my wonderful followers I know what to post about going forward.
You can expect to read about whatever comes to my mind and answers to questions I have been asked.
At times you may wonder what is wrong with that old lady. :) But I assure you I am okay I am just being me.

I not only talk to my house plants, I talk to anything that is alive.
At times I have been known to talk to things that have no life in them at all. For instance…
One night last week I was walking down the dark hall to my bedroom. I felt the door opening and took a couple of steps.
“Oh, sorry Wall” I said aloud as I missed the door opening and walked face first into the wall.
It brought to my mind a time when my husband walked into a door. “Well, hello there” he said.
After walking in to the wall and thinking of that I broke out in an out loud deep belly laugh as I made it to my bed.
I love that he left me with so many funny memories to enjoy. He blessed me with many.
I am fine no injuries from walking in to the wall. :)

Thank you Mae, I believe they do better when we talk to them. And I need all the help with them that I can get. :)

This is wonderful, Mags. While there are things in life that need purpose and focus, there is much to be said for spontaneity and “just because I feel like doing it.” Taking inspiration from what presents itself is creative.

I just hope to bring a smile, a laugh or maybe some help to others. I do a lot of things just because I feel like doing them. That is one of the things I am liking most about retirement. I plan to “just be me” in my posts like I am in all I do.

Continue being you! Keep doing things because you can and because you feel like doing them. I look forward to reading more posts from you. May the Almighty God continue to bless you.

I’ve reached that age where the wall keeps attacking me too. LOL. Still holding onto my hat as you commanded. When can I release it?

LOL You can release your hat anytime there is smooth going on my blog. Or whenever you choose.

Haha. Kind of you to give me that option.

LOLOL Last night when my little grandson Zeke were coming back to the house after shutting our chickens in for the night, I ran into a protruding branch of Hall’s Honeysuckle that seemed to have sprung up over the course of the day. I said, “Well! Hello there!!”
Zeke said, “Now Grandma, why did you say that?” (He was dead serious)๐๐๐
